Listing your home, condo, townhome or land with one of our particpating licensed real estate brokers allows you to advertise your property on MLS for a flat fee, making it available to thousands of Realtors® and buyers. However, Iggys House and our participating brokers do not act as your sellers agent, you represent yourself. You will be responsible for handling your property sale, which includes all home showings, open houses, negotiations, and paperwork. Remember MLS listings can only be posted by a licensed real estate broker. Iggys House is Green.
